New students can be quite nervous when they arrive at Shalom. The boarding experience can be initially awkward for some students. This section of our web site is designed to provide an insight into boarding life whilst staying at Shalom.

Shalom Christian College has capacity for over 200 boarders, with separated boarding houses for boys and girls. Students are constantly supervised by compassionate and well trained house parents, who facilitate evening activities and provide general guidance.
