Milbi Constructions has implemented a Quality Assurance plan to ensure all facets of our operation meet and exceed a pre-determined level of quality. We understand the importance of project completion deadlines within budgetary parameters. To ensure your project is completed to plan, the Works Supervisor, Estimator/Contract Coordinator and Architect work in unison enabling all aspects of the project to be professionally managed.

A continual quality review process has been implemented and benchmarked to exceed industry best practice so you can have the confidence of a professional builder with local and regional outreach to complete your project to the highest quality on time and within budget.

Financial Control

The Company, through the Chief Executive Officer, Works Supervisor and Estimator /Contract Coordinator reports to the Board on a monthly basis. Projects are closely monitored against project budgets for materials, labor and other direct construction costs using the job costing features of MYOB accounting software.

Project work in progress is reconciled monthly to project profit and loss reports and is linked in real time to our Cordell Estimating Program.
