Milbi Constructions is one of North Queensland's most flexible property construction companies based in Townsville, North Queensland specializing in quality building combined with modern design trends to suit each projects application.

With an allowable annual turnover of $14m, as set down by Queensland Building Services Authority, Milbi Constructions is regarded as a small to medium size company. It currently employs nine people, with shared clerical staff. The Company has achieved Prequalification (PQC) System status overseen by the Queensland Government Department of Works. This ensures Milbi Constructions is on the comprehensive central register of prequalified building industry consultants and contractors who can tender for Government funded projects in North Queensland and beyond.

Milbi is based in Townsville and has workshops and storage facilities in addition to modern vehicles and up to date tools and equipment.
