Pastor Bill's has a compliment of caring professional staff. These include Registered Nurses (RN's), Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN's), Assistants in Nursing (AIN's), Chef, Cleaners and ancillary staff including the Administration team.

All staff have access to training and development opportunities to further their skill in their chosen profession. Training and development is part of CCDEU Ltd's commitment to equip staff with an array of skills to effectively manage aged care now and into the future. Importantly all staff exhibit a high level of cultural sensitivity, awareness and a genuine commitment to Aboriginal and Islander people.
