Pastor Bill's is set among tranquil leafy surroundings and has modern state of the art accommodation and facilities to ensure elders are placed in an appropriate level of care for their needs.

The Hostel has 35 beds under the Residential Aged Care Standards as determined by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing and an additional 12 innovative funded beds. All are located in private individual rooms, the majority with their own ensuites and air conditioning.

High Care

The High Care wing accommodates those residents who are frail or exhibit a physical or intellectual disability or are unable to manage basic living tasks on their own. The wing is continually staffed by Registered Nurses (RN's), Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN's) and Assistants in Nursing (AIN's) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure the needs of high care residents are met.

The High Care wing features:
• individual rooms with ensuites;
• a common outdoor area where residents can enjoy each other's company;
• an activities room with arts and craft facilities and spacious communal living areas;
• Nurses quarter

Low Care

The low care wing accommodates those residents who require limited care but are generally able to enjoy a degree of independence with other residents. The Low Care wing features:

• individual rooms with ensuites;
• a common outdoor area where residents can enjoy each other's company;
• an activities room with arts and craft facilities and spacious communal living areas;
• Nurses quarter

Hostel Accommodation

Pastor Bill's offers independent living units as part of its hostel program for residents that do not require continual care. The units are well equipped and come complete with ensuites.

Respite

Short term respite is available for residents who require temporary accommodation for a range of purposes including medical visitations.

Dining

Pastor Bill's has a fully equipped kitchen and a full time qualified chef who prepares three nutritious meals daily. Residents dine in the air conditioned communal dining room which overlooks the gardens. Fresh baked goods and fruit platters are also served for morning tea, afternoon tea and supper.

Our menu is dietician approved, caters to the suggestions of our residents and is able to be modified for individual requirements.

Pastor Bill's has a planned activities program developed in consultation with our residents for all to enjoy. Activites offered include but are not limited to:
